He was not.Did the guy who tried to shoot trump with the SKS with a black stock end up getting 922r thrown at him? Not arguing for or against, just curious since that's the biggest vase I can think of where an SKS in a stock was in a public legal thing.

I would, however, point out that the stock Routh swapped was not telescoping (which may be relevant to the "sporting purposes" argument)
