7/15/25 - Received email to upload utility bill with "service" address. Problem was with Frontier Internet Bill (Needs to say "service" and not the mailing address)

• Deadline to upload was 7/25/25

7/31/25 - Received PTT email today

Permitium updated and now says "Pending Training Proof Submission"

Hey, how I just received that same email. How do you get it version of the Frontier Bill to say "Service"?

I submitted the electric bill with my marriage license to avoid any issues and I gave a call to CCW after I uploaded to see why Internet didn't work and the deputy's instructions with Frontier is you have to submit a different page (?).

Go to Frontier's website -> My Account -> My Profile
First thing you see on this screen on the left will be "Account Information" with your name, service address, and mailing address.

Strange... I received my PTT email on 7/24. Uploaded the documents on 8/2 but my Permitium status still says "Supervisor Review". I just emailed the CCW unit for clarification.

Probably... I submitted mine a little over a week ago so will be interesting to see who gets notified first (if there is any logic to the process). I will of course update here when I get my notice to schedule pickup.

I was almost pissed at how fast my AZ non resident went... not at AZ obviously, I was approved in under a week, and will probably receive my Non res CCW in the mail within another week...it's just the damn irony of HOW F-ING long LASD applicants have to wait.

No. I received the standard "You will be contacted when your file has been approved and we are ready to issue your license."... (no duh)... which didn't address my question at all.

Mine still says Supervisor Review.

A poster on Reddit said "Supervisor Review" is the standard status from completing your interview to getting your license.

In any case, there is conflicting info out there. I didn't respond back to the CCW unit. Don't want to piss anyone off lol.

I DID upload a copy of the PTT mail that THEY sent to me to add to my Permitium documents... since it is the only proof in the actual tracker that I was told to proceed to training (again, now that I took the initiative to upload it).

Got an initial interview date of 3/12/2026
Got an email in early August and they moved my interview to 9/25/2025

It seems that the litigation/ investigation has put pressure on them. I’ll keep this updated!

I think supervisor review is a good thing. I did my interview and its been stuck on "Assigned to Processor / Processing Order" for months

So you are waiting for your PTT mail? Strange they haven't updated your status to Supervisor Review yet.

No matter how you slice it. I am past the PTT stage so nothing else I can do now but wait for the "schedule pickup" email.

Edit: Reading the "Renewal" thread, looks like it may be a phone call to schedule pickup at this point... any recent Permitium completions that can tell me how you scheduled your pickup? On line or by phone? Thanks!

I've been stuck on appointment completion status since the beginning of July and when I called to ask what's going on yesterday, I was told that status means my profile is still waiting to get through the final "Supervisor Review" and that's the next status before getting the pickup phone call. And as others have mentioned in this thread, they've been waiting for "Supervisor review" to be completed for some time. Only a handful of Supervisors available to review thousands of apps unfortunately so it's a crawl to the finish line at this point.

But I didn’t say “pending” supervisor review. I have been in “supervisor review” status since my interview and later, my PTT email (it’s in the screenshot in my post further up)… the change over the weekend was from “Supervisor Review” to “pending appointment completion” this a month after submitting my training docs (not saying that is fast or slow, just what it is in my case) they should just leave it in supervisor review if that is still the case. Literally the only thing they have left to review is my completed training docs.

But you’re also right, all we can do is wait… that being said, they should make it more clear on the various steps/status changes and what to expect. When Permitium changes, I should automatically get an email explaining the steps in that step (imho). Kind of hard to complete a pickup appointment (that’s all that is left at this point), when I don’t have one, or a way to make one yet.

I haven’t written or called them yet.
