Over half the country doesn’t need a CCW. Yemen has more rights than Californians…definitely not Americans.

I keep a photocopy of my license, registration, insurance, and Ccw on a piece of paper. I would just hand the cop that and if he needs to see them it would be in my wallet

In most or all of those states you don’t need a CCW you can manufacture guns without serial numbers rendering the background check system moot.

Making a gun requires the skills and tools. Those people did not need to know either to get their gun.

I understand where you are coming from. It is shameful and embarrassing to see other countries have more freedoms than America. How can we call ourselves a free nation when other countries have more freedoms than us?! That video is meant to be inspirational. The ultimate goal of what we should be striving for. It is a window to what could be and a reflection of what we should be.

Yemen has registration laws on paper but it’s too 3rd world-y to put in practice. No background checks but still…

I think America has a good balance right now. California is overbearing and nonsensical in a lot of ways, but where I’m originally from it’s cash and carry, no permit required. Just have to be 18 for a long gun and 21 for a pistol.

I don’t think felons should be able to carry or vote. I think a lot of people shouldn’t be able to vote, but that’s a different topic.
