Gen 3 Glocks have the worst stock texture of any pistol I've used so far. I have to regrip every ~3 rnds. Either stipple or grip tape is an absolute must.

Lets be honest the fact the glock made the gen 3 RTF models signifies they realized that perhaps the grip texture could use a little more grit
