I was very gently teasing there. Maybe it does have a slippery grip. I fired them a few times and I didn’t really care for how they felt in my hand so I didn’t buy one. I’ve certainly replaced grips on guns until I found ones I preferred, but if the grips could not be replaced (as on a Glock) I’d be more likely to move on to another gun before trying a diy fix to a design that didn’t suit me.Lets be honest the fact the glock made the gen 3 RTF models signifies they realized that perhaps the grip texture could use a little more grit

You buy a hammer. If you don’t like the way it swings, maybe that’s not your hammer.
That is admirably resourceful.I've actually modified hammers, axes and knives into better versions of stock![]()
Those are like fake intakes on cars, lol.Ported slides without a ported barrel also? lol
RTF2 is my favorite Glock texture. I’ve got a G17.3 RTF2 that I’ll never sell.Lets be honest the fact the glock made the gen 3 RTF models signifies they realized that perhaps the grip texture could use a little more grit
I didn't even know this was a thing until this thread. You have pics?RTF2 is my favorite Glock texture. I’ve got a G17.3 RTF2 that I’ll never sell.
People who build hype beast "operator" AR's
With MAWLs or PEQ's without owning Night Vision![]()
NOT true. Lowering reciprocating weight is the #1 way to reduce recoil, this goes for AR15s as well as pistols. For example an M&P 5" slide is designed so that it weighs the same as the 4.2", the only weight increase is from the longer barrel which doesn't reciprocate. Slide lightening is generally pretty ugly but it has a direct effect on performance. Those are like fake intakes on cars, lol.

no, putting holes in slides i.e. "ported slides with no ported barrel" is a way that people lighten their slide for performance reasons. For instance the Kimber 2k11Did you mean to respond to someone else?
Came here to say this one...Stipple jobs. Way to dress out that Gen 3, kiddo.
Night vision or thermal scope on a PSA rifleYou know what I mean — technically it might do something, but we all know 90% of the reason it’s there is because it looks cool.
What piece of gear, accessory, or setup modification immediately makes you think, “Yep… added at least +10 tactical horsepower”?
Bonus points if you own one and are willing to admit it.
