Both have their pros and cons and it depends on what mode of carry you intend to use.

For pocket carry the standard is better, as a get off me gun you're probably not using the sights much anyways and if you do, it's sufficient for the distance you'll likely be using it at. The recoil is reportedly already flat, the compensator helps even more but with the risk of hot gasses and debris flying up at your body/face if you have to shoot it close to the body or from the hip if wrestling with your attacker.

For AIWB the longer slide of the carry comp is better as it helps prevent tip out. I agree the sights are also better but if you put a red dot on it like the one from viridian or Gideon (imo the better choice) then the better iron sights don't really matter since you are removing the rear sight anyways.

I’ve got a BG 2.0 waiting for me at my LGS. I ordered an S&W FPC 10 to go with my newly acquired M&P 2.0 10. Once that arrives I’ll DROS both (hate wasting a DROS on just one, haha!!).

Went non-comp to keep it as small as possible. Will be interesting to compare to my OG LCP and LCP Max.

This seems like the best optic for the BG 2.0, only one that is flush fit with the slide, side mounted battery, and built in backup rear sights.

All other options are made by less reliable companies, bottom mounted batteries, and/or no rear backup sight.
 
Anyone gotten some range time with these yet? I've been waiting for my local store to get both models in, I can't really decide if I want standard or PC model

How does it mount? I thought bg 2.0 isn't optic ready?

Have the carry comp and shot the BG 2 Non. Definitely go carry comp
