Springfield Echelon added to the roster

That’s great news! I bought two, one for me and one for the wife. She didn’t like shooting mine, so the other new one has been parked in my safe. Now that’s is on the roster, I think I’ll sell it for fair market value, considering they won’t be in stock for a while. I never really liked selling off-roster guns to non LE.

Btw. One of the best 9mm I’ve ever shot IMHO
How much you asking for it?

All 4 variants now on the roster. Full size, full size comped, compact, and compact comped. Biggest question remains, when will any of them actually arrive?
WOW the comped version!! Now I really feel bad about getting the off roster non comp version. Plus I paid the obvious premium.

What do you need a comp for anyway? It's just 9mm!

Go pick up the comp version then. It's only like $850 out the door.

Help me decide between the 4.0 comp vs 4.5 comp. What are you getting?

Both are priced at 699.98 at Turners.

I rather just get the barrel ported at this point do under $200. $850 for a second echelon makes no sense

A second gun makes sense. One with low round count for carry/defense and one for practice, training, and gun games. This way, the carry gun is proven but kept in great condition while the other one is heavily used.

I learned this lesson a long time ago. My SIG P220 was my "everything" gun--I had 10k rounds through it with only recoil spring changes. One day, the hammer return spring broke. I didn't have a functional gun one day before a 2,000 mile road trip. I had no backup gun. A second P220 would have prevented the problem.

I did get lucky and saw a billboard for a gun shop from the highway in Dallas. I stopped in and the 'smith fixed it in under five minutes for under $10.

I cant decide if I want the 4.0 or the hellcat osp :/

I normally carry my shield and dislike carrying my xd9 or glock 19. But I really like how the echelon looks

The echelon having the option for modules Is a no brainer for me. I would go this route.
