In-n-out shooting in Idaho

The shooter, Chad Williams, killed three people and one was a female drive-thru worker at the new In & Out. He also shot a married couple in their charging Tesla, and took a bunch more shots at people on the nearby streets. So, there are 6-7 injured and 3 dead. The shooter's motives can probably be guessed-at given the targets, conservative Christian (Mormon) fast food place and Tesla owners who the Left despises. We may know about this soon. It's also telling how the mainstream media skips over certain details, including the heroic actions of the brave men returning fire.

Tesla owners like me have been talking about a product called EVject which allows a quick escape even when charging. Tesla should probably figure out a way to do this by default with the Superchargers and Tesla software.

Jordan Salinas was the guy with the suppressed FN 5.7 returning fire at Chad Williams, and there was an off-duty cop who returned fire but got shot by Chad's rifle.

Either way, that return fire pressured shooter Chad Williams to take his own life, no doubt.

I would like to know the engagement distance , seemingly no one hit him but did cause him to take himself out. glad to see not just one but two people stepping up and yeah there might be a future lawsuit against Tesla.

F. time to get my permit again.

An armed society is a polite society. The armed citizen protected the people.

When a Black man stands up to protect others, he is a hero. Yet, he is still subjected to racial slurs like the n-word. In situations like this shooting, where a Black man acts heroically, he is more likely to face arrest—not because he did anything wrong, but because of his race and laws that target vigilante actions.

Why is it, in poorer countries like Pakistan and Afghanistan have a high number of gun per capita yet does not have mass shooting.

Even in countries with strict gun laws, they do not have mass shooting like Switzerland.

Just a few weeks ago, we saw a man with a gun saved a room full of people from a man with a knife. Let's us watch and see what happens next with both cases.

Good points. Lots of societies have lots of guns (as do we in the U.S.) yet don't have this problem. We'll have to wait for more info on the (mass) shooter to determine his motive and issue. Sometimes it's political, sometimes (like the one in Vegas that thankfully didn't hurt anyone) it seemed drug-induced.

I'm glad the good guy was there. Seems like it's pure luck and chance. There's been shootings in other states that have lenient gun laws and a passionate populace but no one was able to "Save the day".

I'm glad he was there. From his IG it seems he trains a lot. But I wish our society didn't have this problem and people didn't see it as an answer to whatever problem they have.

That photo looks like a scene from tears of the sun when they storm the village.

That tesla footage was messed up. Its interesting the gadget above for the disconnect. I have been thinking about getting a tesla even with my bad experience with a EV it is a nice option for any gas disruptions. And you never have to touch a filthy gas pump. 😄

I wonder if and how in n out will help the family of its fallen employee. If they could help with some kind of death related business insurance that would be amazing.

Calguns members would have said the guy doesn't deserve to carry since he went looking for a shootout / trouble.
