"Outside the waist holsters must carry the firearm in a neutral (vertical) or muzzle rear cant and may not
protrude more than 3" (7.62cm) out from the shooter's body as measured from the body, at the top of the
belt, to the outside of the holster (see Figure 3 below). The rear or vertical cant angle can be no more than 15
degrees."
Does this mean if the holster has a 10 degree forward cant it's illegal? How neutral is neutral, only 0?
