Do we also like knives?

For automatic knives: <2” is legal to possess and carry in CA (subject to the usual knife restrictions). Kershaw makes models that are CA legal w/1.9” blades. I’ve got a couple of them. I got them from the Kershaw Guy https://kershawguy.com/

For fancy or custom, I’ve only got a Burt Foster. This knife is stupid-sharp and seems to hold an edge forever. Burt is an ABS Master Bladesmith. It shows with this knife. https://burtfoster.com/

For EDC, I used to carry a Zero Tolerance but have downsized to a simple Buck 525+. Great little knife that must be 30+ years old now, haha!!

We like flashlights, pens, and knives! I have a few fountain pens as well that I haven't been using much, and I sold off most of my knives as well.

Latey, I've been on a Carothers Performance Knife kick.

Anyone else a knife impulse buyer🙃?
I pick my knife based of my mood and where in going just how I’ll carry a revolvers vs my sig vs my Glock
I color coordinate my knives to my outfit. Looking for something in green. Im liking the CJRB Locust with dayglow green liners and screws.

For me, only Randall made, with an occasional Buck or Kershaw.
Please share some pics of your Randall's. Every one I've seen are beautiful. I've thought about putting in an order for one on their 5+ year wait to build.

"I owned many knives when I was younger, but now I only have a few. I’m probably going to sell my two old-school Cold Steel knives, which are sitting in my safe, never been used, and made in Japan. I also have a Kershaw Whirlwind 1560 Assisted Open Pocket Knife (USA, designed by Ken Onion). However, I’ve started collecting more guns now." If anyone is interested reach out I'm in Orange, Ca.

My EDC knife is usually a Kershaw speed safe made in CHINAA since I use it for everything. But hopefully soon to upgrade to a Benchmade Bugout.

I’ve had a Whirlwind since the mid-90’s. IMHO, just about the perfect assissted folder.

Yes, yes we do. For me it depends on what I'm doing. I like to have the fixed blades on my belt scout carry orientated so that I can grab with my weak hand. And I use a pocket knife around the house. Here's the 3 I use the most.
