Thanks for making this a resource! It would be great if we could add columns to denote whether the company charges sin tax (or any tax) for California, and conditions for free shipping, e.g., minimum order.

It’s 8%, but still nice. And they charge CA sales tax on the fee.

I found the best part was buying non-case level and getting free shipping. That lets me try out rounds without a significant investment in ammo which may not run well.

It also provides options for gifts with less than a full case purchase (only for family members or individuals whom I know or using reasonable care should know are not prohibited from owning, possessing, or having under custody or control, any ammunition or reloaded ammunition pursuant to subdivision (a) or (b) of CA PEN Section 30305.)

PSA was easy to use before. Order upload documents ammo shipped. they upgraded their site and kicked off the upload documents and now makes you pick a ffl on their preferred FFL's. I called to be told to call back another day or just ship to a ffl on their list. Lost me as a customer.

Target Sports ftw. Upload documents pay membership always fast shipping. You can off set the 99.00 if you have someone you trust

Yes. They will only ship to a ffl01. No ffl03

For what it's worth, got this reply this morning from PSA when asked about the FFL03/COE eligibility. I'm still waiting on my FFL (COE is already processed and waiting for it) but plan to try some AAC 6.5 Grendel, so I'll let you guys know if they process the order. Based on this though it would seem they still do, curious if @Khellen27 has had an order rejected or going off of hearsay.

I was not happy either since they are supposed to be huge 2a supporters. Tons of other companies ship to CA. I just use targetsports

The 6.5G AAC stuff after sales/sin tax is still 20-30 cents cheaper per round than anything on Targetsports so I guess I have to just eat it, but will look there for other calibers

Yeah I had been talking to them also. I finally talked directly to the compliance department and they said due to the complexity of the excise tax, they did not forsee selling to Ca unless the law is repealed. Fat chance there
