Behold 10MM ... With Glock gone what do you want to see coming?

Sig XTEN, FN 510, M&P, Echelon in 10mm?, XDM-Elite, Glock Gen6, Colt Delta Elite, Taurus, anything.

I've sent messages to a few manufacturers asking if they will ever send a 10mm to CA, and not one of them has ever responded. Ugh.

I just passed along RCGE hinting at it, to then being told repetitively no chance it would happen.

We love Scott!

II need to maintain my relationship with our manufacturers... And let's just say I received a phone call about being too blunt.
I had a feeling that was it. Tell them they have customers here. Thank you for any info you're allowed to share.

Speaking strictly 10mm, A Smith and wesson m&p carry comp 10mm would be nice. I'd take the dive into 10mm for that particular gun. Still want a bodyguard 2.0 first.

Spent a F- ton of time turning a Gen 1 M&P 45 into a 2.0 10mm this include the nicer reset and a slide lock and slide release that are compatible with both Gen 1 slides and 2.0 slides

Hey Scott,

I think you do a pretty damn good job, so don't beat yourself up. This was something that we pushed hard for (and since the roster began opening up), so that might have tilted the scales a little. 10mm, at least in our area, is actually a pretty popular round and we sell it consistently. That might have dissuaded any sales numbers fears from S&W.

I really wish Magnum Research would make a 10mm barrel for the Desert Eagle and while there’re at it a 45 win mag too!!!!

Yea from what he's seeing and selling, 10mm may not have been the hottest seller. He's still running a business after all. I get it.

As a 10mm fan, I would love to see more guns available in the caliber. While I doubt 10mm guns would ever sell in the same numbers as 9mm or .40S&W, if there were viable options available, I'm betting they would sell in decent numbers. Now, whether those numbers would justify to a manufacturer to make the effort to bring them to this market is up to them, but there are people who would buy them.

The reality is they don't sell much now because there are only six guns on the roster in 10mm, and four of them are revolvers and two are Kimbers.

Just MHO.

10mm doesn't sell because we dont have options in it. I feel like with our mag limits the mantra of "largest caliber you can comfortably shoot" comes to play, which brings 10mm back into relevance.
That was the argument I had in response. The manufacturing process from the 9mm to 10mm 2.0's are practically the same, so it is minimal effort on S&W's part to try it. First to market with an optics ready 10mm in CA will likely own that segment of the market. 10mm is coming back to relevance nationally too.. It's not just a "largest caliber you can comfortably shoot" argument.

I've never owned a 10mm. But I will commit to buying one if S&W releases a carry comp.

And remind them bodyguard 2.0

I have a few different 10mm, but I'd really like to get the XTEN comp and/or 510MRD.

I really enjoy shooting the M&P 10mm, but it would be fun to have a new option.

Yeah I'm torn. I've been looking at the Echelon and the Shield X but there is something to be said for sticking to the same platform. I guess we’ll see if I can be patient and wait.
