Didn’t you say that 10mm don’t sell and it’s a numbers game in another post? Anyway, any addition is welcome!
Yes, its always a number game.

I had a feeling that was it. Tell them they have customers here. Thank you for any info you're allowed to share.I just passed along RCGE hinting at it, to then being told repetitively no chance it would happen.
We love Scott!
II need to maintain my relationship with our manufacturers... And let's just say I received a phone call about being too blunt.

Yea from what he's seeing and selling, 10mm may not have been the hottest seller. He's still running a business after all. I get it.Hey Scott,
I think you do a pretty damn good job, so don't beat yourself up. This was something that we pushed hard for (and since the roster began opening up), so that might have tilted the scales a little. 10mm, at least in our area, is actually a pretty popular round and we sell it consistently. That might have dissuaded any sales numbers fears from S&W.
That was the argument I had in response. The manufacturing process from the 9mm to 10mm 2.0's are practically the same, so it is minimal effort on S&W's part to try it. First to market with an optics ready 10mm in CA will likely own that segment of the market. 10mm is coming back to relevance nationally too.. It's not just a "largest caliber you can comfortably shoot" argument.10mm doesn't sell because we dont have options in it. I feel like with our mag limits the mantra of "largest caliber you can comfortably shoot" comes to play, which brings 10mm back into relevance.
Just about the 10mm coming to CA part. I think Glock came into the conversation with G20s no longer being on roster.Wait, so what is "66" wrong about? Gen 6 Glocks coming to CA or a 10mm?
Dang ok. So still got my fingers and toes crossed for the 9mmJust about the 10mm coming to CA part. I think Glock came into the conversation with G20s no longer being on roster.
I like my Glocks but I think it's the to move on. If I'm going to buy a gun that has CA crap, I'm getting something newer. Like an Echelon.Dang ok. So still got my fingers and toes crossed for the 9mm
