WTF Glendale

I’m not going to cull the entire Penal Code for an exhaustive list.

DOJ has already done that and published it in the document previously provided by Gawernator.

Simply carrying a firearm onto the grounds of the Capitol Building is a misdemeanor with a 10-year prohibition.

One need not memorize all of the entries, but EVERYBODY should read through that document to understand what the jeopardy is.

Sheesh

Take a breath— 10 yr prohibition 😒

Being convicted of concealed carrying without a permit even as the misdemeanor portion of the wobbler results in a ban on your ability to own/possess firearms for 10 years. Not to mention once that's on your record you're absolutely going to face an almost impossible battle with any future IAs after that ban expires should you try to go the legal route of applying for a ccw.

Yes, this all sucks and restrictions are unjust, but we play within the rules as they are currently. Not to mention the USSC has confirmed that licensing schemes are legal so we're out of luck on that piece for now.
So let me get this straight. CA will take your firearms rights away from you for a longer period of time than the person who you were defending yourself against gets to spend in jail? You will loose your rights for ten years while the armed robber you shot probably gets less than 10 years in prison. You know…I was going to dress up like a CA politician for Halloween but I couldn’t fit my head up my ass so I decided dress up as a ghost instead.
