I’m retired LE. My former agency issues my CCW and that’s the policy they have for retirees.

We have to requal every 5 years if we’re just carrying in CA or requal every year to carry out-of-state under LEOSA.

Yeah the Q was for you as I believe you have carried the mouse guns. Us regular civilians in Riverside county can't carry anything smaller than .380 "legally". But you are retired leo so most likely other rules apply
 
Long before I had CA CCW and already had Utah issued license I carried HK PM7 when in places that honored Utah license

My limited understanding is that, like civilian CCW, different agencies have different policies for their retirees.

Generally, it seems the larger and/or more urban the agency, the more restrictive they are (like counties for civilian CCW). Not always, but generally.

Yeah. I believe they are lifting the restrictions in Riverdale County. I just haven't checked into it yet. I'm not due for renewal yet. Have a good night
 
Bougiee ccw will be my Staccato HD P4 with trijicon SRO and Surefirelight

then the other ones are just the g19 and g17 with RCR and surefire as well.
