Wow good priceA couple of months back, I seen an Atlas Ares (4.25" and Ported) for $4800? I didn't know much about Atlas Gunworks at the time so I kept scrolling and told one of my buddies about it. To this day, he always gives me an earful how that was a steal and that I should've jumped on it
People in CA have been charged for dealing firearms without a license. The only ones I know of were police flipping off rosters, but it has happened. It is 5 by state law, now if anyone was charged for having more or not that’s different question
Tracked on CFARS when the DROS is completed I would believePeople in CA have been charged for dealing firearms without a license. The only ones I know of were police flipping off rosters, but it has happened.
On the other hand, someone I talked to allegedly sold 7 in a year and got a phone call from CA DOJ asking about it. They said they didn't make any money off them, DOJ agent reminded them they can't sell that many, and that was the end of it.
Someone else I talked to allegedly sold 30 in a year and nothing at all happened.
What I don't understand is how the DOJ even knows. If someone consigns 10 guns to an FFL and they sell them across the span of a year, how does the DOJ know that one person didn't do 10 individual transactions?
