If you have a Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you can buy these IFAKs and get reimbursed. All you have to do is submit the receipt to your HSA or FSA.

You can buy your IFAK from many websites and get reimbursed. I think the key is ensuring the words First-aid kit are on the invoice.
