He is/was a member at CGN but not so active as Matthew Cubiero (who seems to be only occasionally on Twitter/X)

I like to read his tweets and FPCs. Gotta get both sides of the spectrum. He’s currently active about the election stuff which can put people off but I don’t mind it.

I support any effort toward keeping everyone up to date on all the court cases in the system. We are in a lull right now as many cases are backed up, stalled until cases like Duncan are decided. That, and because the courts are deliberately sitting on cases and refusing to move them along. We know the reason behind that strategy.

At some point, this is all going to cut loose, and keeping track of the flood of opinions will be a challenge.

And competent help for the SAF. It used to be that the SAF was mostly a "make Alan Gottlieb rich" scheme, but these days he only skims roughly 10% (about a million per year) off.
