Anyone heard anything about Staccato? I ordered replacement parts (mainly springs) on 12/24 with no shipping update, and I haven’t received any response on follow up emails either.

Notice to California Customers – AB 1263​

California lawmakers passed a new law, AB 1263, affecting certain firearm accessories, components, and equipment. Magpul is upgrading its systems to meet the requirements of the new legislation.

This law is now in effect as of January 1, 2026.

AB 1263 imposes age and identity verification requirements, acknowledgment requirements, and strict shipping requirements related to the sale and delivery of firearm accessories, parts, and equipment capable of producing firearm components. Read the full text of AB 1263 here.

Looks like HKParts are no longer shipping to California. I was browsing last night. They had their Shipping to California info up. Was just about to purchase today and I couldn’t. They even took down their shipping to CA blog post.

EDIT: they replied back saying it should be back up in the next few days.

My guess is this is still early days - lawyers are citing caution and companies are still contending with system set ups. Others not shipping will have a tough time resisting the 3rd largest gun market in the union. That said, CA is such a pain in the a**

We are not willing to participate in the collection of your data to assist the government in the tracking of your personal purchases of legal products.

After January 1, 2026 any orders to be shipped to a California address that includes Magazine Extensions, Magazine Followers, Turn-Key Carry Kits, Performance Spring Kits, Triggers, and/or Trigger Kits will be adjusted to not violate the restrictions of AB 1263. I hope nobody from Galloway reads this, but I may have accidentally found a loophole. I was able to buy their captured guide rod for my walther pd380 from their Ebay store. Just got a notification from usps that a label was created. Fingers crossed . Will update when I have more info
