I picked up the Swarovski Optik NL Pure 14x52 a couple months ago right before the Swarovski price increase (as most EU glass went up due to tariffs). I was considering them when they came out last year, and I decided to pick them up.

It uses a lot of the same parts as other NL Pures, including the forehead rest (which I already owned for my 12x42). The one new feature is the Swarovski proprietary tripod mount in the bridge so that you can have a center bridge mount, which is something people were converting Swarovski binos to accept a third-party mount (Outdoorsmans).

The NL Pure 14x52 is essentially the same top-tier quality as the other NL Pure models that came before it. Great edge clarity with no discernible distortion due to the Swarovision technology (aka field flattener).

The 14x52 has incredible view of 5.3 degrees / 279 ft at 1000 yd for a 14x, and is comparable to the FOV of competitors' 12x50mm binos.

If you prefer great glass and want a bino with more reach for spotting on steel, reading wind/mirage, tracking trace, or just scanning an area with a little more detail, the NL Pure 14x52 is going to be a solid buy. Of course, it does come at a top-tier price.
