Two questions:

This seems like it would work on either a P2000SK or P2000 right? I don’t think there is a difference in those internals.

My concern is would it make my holster stop fitting correctly?

My first two HK pistols came with the mini-release. Within a week of getting an HK with a normal-sized release, I upgraded the minis. Changing them out is a no-brainer.

I just went and checked all the holsters for my HK's, and none of them touch the release. There is plenty of clearance. If you have one of those plastic holsters and it interferes, you can easily give it another 0.050" clearance by heating it with a hair dryer.

Perfect. lol yeah kydex holster for the most part.

Just make sure you're careful when changing the mag release. If the spring goes flying, it may be an adventure. :)
