It's there any way someone can get a Ruger 10/22 Charger California legal as a rim fire pistol? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Moreau works in San Marcos(San Diego) has this in Single Shot Exempt; forgot who's the manufacturer.

However I don't recall any mag-lock product that can make it a legal semi-auto pistol.

I did a ‘faux’ Charger.

- Brownells stripped 10/22 railed receiver (they go on sale, and an 03FFL gets a discount, too): https://www.brownells.com/gun-parts...ripped-receiver-for-ruger-1022/?sku=078000430
- Faxon 16” 10/22 pencil barrel
- Ruger OEM Charger stock, BX trigger pack, buffer tube adapter, bipod from S&P Outfitters: https://sapoutfitters.com/

Stripped receiver was DROS’d ‘long gun, other’. Barrel is 16” so it’s not a pistol in CA. OAL is >26”. It’s rimfire so AWB doesn’t apply.
