Reselling Lowers

Just be aware when all of those officers were flipping non-roster guns, they subpoenaed everyone's financial records. So not only would they use your auction against you, but all of your checking and cash app records against you. So if you are going to go all in, go all in. Otherwise you are deluding yourself if they are motivated to really look into your behavior.

Now, I fully recognize they do not care about your one or two transactions. Those guys were moving a lot of handguns. They do not have the time or energy for an occasional transaction. No one cares until you become the low hanging fruit and you are moving a lot of fruit.

Exactly

The DOJ ( feds or state ) are only interested in someone who is clearly running a business without a license. If your day job is working as an electrician and you aren't buying and selling guns as a side hustle, they won't care. IMHO, I don't think they keep track or really care how many PPTs you do unless there is a pattern like the LEOs mentioned above.

Again, IMHO, I doubt 1 a month would even get you on the radar unless it was a consistent 1 a month and then you may get a letter saying stop doing that.

I tend to agree. Take posession and sell them. People change their minds every day. You've changed yours. If you do get an inquiry, that's what happened.
