Reloading Pistols with Small Rifle Magnum Primers?

I know you can run small rifle primers in 9mm/pistol cases. But can you run small rifle magnum in pistol cases? Specifically 9mm/40SW.
I have about 1000 CCI 450 SRMP that I want to get rid of.
My assumption was that Glocks would have trouble piercing the thicker cup. How about a 2011 with a 17lbs striker spring?

Are they significantly higher pressure?
What are the risks here?

My simulator says it adds about 2k psi to most rounds (which might make it a +P unless you drop the powder some). But an actual load data would have to be input to see exactly what you're expected to get
