AB1263 is a nightmare. This piece of blatantly oppressive lawmaking is the greatest threat to our second amendment rights in history, and no one seems to care! Not even groups like CRPA, FPC, NRA, even dare touch this beyond a regurgitated report on its passing.

Why? Because the battle is hard and these chumps have gotten fat on their meager handful of nearly meaningless legal victories. They don’t want to touch this, BUT THEY HAVE TO.

The abolishing of AB1263 has to be **priority one** for every legal and advocacy group for guns in this country.

So put simply: CEASE ALL DONATIONS UNTIL WE SEE ACTION. Nothing else matters. All problems are now this problem. No other legal battle matters more than this as far as gun rights are concerned.

Call everyone, this is the beginning of a long and hard fight and it will determine if we have 2A, not only here in California, but even potentially all of the US down the line (remember who is most likely to be the DNC nominee for ‘28)

NRA can suck it but CRPA, though I have my criticisms, does quite a bit for how small it is. If anything we need to give them more money.

NRA sucks, but CRPA is good?
CRPA the wing of the NRA?

I donated once, but that's it. Never again. Half the cases they challenge is already a lose-lose situation, or cases that I really don't think it matters, or they have learned to bend backwards against bonta since 💩netiz, i mean benetiz or w/es decided to stay on a judgement that was supposed to be a win for us.

I know they work together but I don't believe CRPA is a "wing" of the NRA, but if you donate to NRA your money isn't going to Ca issues directly like it would if you donate to CRPA.

California is a lost cause. Pull donations, save the money, find a job out of state and move.Full 2A rights are never coming back to the golden state, the only way you are going to get rights is to move.
