Hello, I'd like to introduce myself to the forums. I just joined and was recommended this site with the issues over at calguns.net. I am a licensed and insured precision rifle builder specializing in ELR rifles, but can cover any bolt action precision rifle needs for the public. My website is billygoatmachine.com but I really only update and have recent projects on instagram. Check out my work and let me know if I can help with anything. I'm a little out of the way (3 hrs north of San Fran) but have my 07FFL/SOT so rifles can be shipped if need be. THanks
