Do you run a backup RMR for your scopes? I found it wasn't necessarily better for accuracy compared to an LPVO at CQB distances due to the lack of cheek weld. I would go with a 45º offset mount, but don't have the rail space.

 
I do, but I'm a bigger dude with more square inches of cheek I guess. The one in the thumbnail you posted is unnecessarily high with that pic spacer. I run the Reptila mount and it keeps the 507C low enough that the top half of the circle is just over the top of the turret on my LPVO. I've tried both ways and much prefer the piggyback.
