First target with a new RAR 22lr. 16” barrel, 2-7 scope. 27 yards out on a breezy day. 20 rounds total, 6 for sighting the scope, it put the rest through one hole. Hoping to get out to 50 yards next week.

Putting together a .22LR match gun for bench paper and steel competition:

CZ 457 in Manners stock with Sightron 8-32x56 target dot optic in Talley high rings. In the photo it looks like the optic has no clearance with the barrel, but it actually has about 1/16". Waiting for a YoDave trigger spring and ordered Eley match ammo. Will get it zeroed next week and first competition mid this month.

Here is my HK 416 22lr that I rattle canned.

That looks really awesome man.

I have a .22LR sickness. I’m always in the market for .22 Colts and Smiths.

Yes sir! I was surprised to see yours in the post above. I’ve never seen another. I found another mint on locally up here in NorCal but it’s 2x what I paid for mine.
Stumbled across it ya no when you are looking for other stuff and you see it best impulse buy I have ever done.

Home defense pistol for non-shooter wife and adult daughter living at home. They have only ever been to the range a few times.

My instructions for this is, "point and shoot."
