New EXPS3

Eotech and Acogs are just built for combat. I’d say holosun and vortex can easily match optic quality for most part but toss your riifle off a building or drop it in a pool and pool it out and Eotech or acog should be just fine, other choices are not proven for that.
Yeah this exactly. You can drop your rifle off a moving train and it’ll hold zero and still work with trijicon and eotech. The other brands I’m not so sure

When you’re done having a grand ol time.. I look forward to hearing what people like about eotech.

I wasn’t being an ass. Perhaps you interpreted my first question that way? Whatever your position is. I have been consistently trying to ask a sincere question.

I walk into a store and tell the man on the other side of the counter. “I see a lot of people buying these EOtech optics. There must be something special about them. Why would I choose this EOtech over an aim point or Holosun? “
For some people the way a holographic reticle works, works better with their eyes or they like how they aim with them, they are designed to paint the reticle on what youre focusing on rather than being a reflection of an led, so parallax is less of an issue than on typical led red dots, they also have great glass clarity and a wide window.

Boomhauer: "Dang ol' tell you what, man, talkin' 'bout lookin' through that ol' glass window, man, got that dang ol' red circle-dot, look like a little ol' target donut, man. Talkin' 'bout no parallax, man, move your head left, right, up, down, don't matter, man, dot stays right on the dang ol' target, boom! Fast target acquisition, talkin' 'bout holographic tech, man. Just eat up them CR123 batteries like candy, though, dang ol' expensive, man."

Hank: "Yeah, well, that's what the salesperson told you, Boomhauer."
