Need Help With P365 Fcu Dead Trigger (Cali Compliant)

Hello there I need some help with my p365 fcu, I was taking it apart to put into a p365 xl grip module and it requires the removal of the mag disconnect to fit into the grip so I removed it but when I put everything back together the sear (I think) was stuck up so I couldn’t get the slide back on so I took it back apart and I took this part all the way out, idk what it’s called see pic for reference

But then I didn’t realize there was a detent holding it in, after messing with it for a bit I got it back in and assembled everything back together again but now it has a dead trigger no matter how many times I rack the slide.
Disassembled again and messed with the takedown bar

But whenever I try to put it back together now the takedown lever won’t go in all the way making the fcu not fit into the grip module

I was wondering if anyone else has ran into this issue and can help me out
California compliant original p365 with manual safety putting it into p365 xl grip module with manual safety

My 365xl is an American version so I apologize I got no help for you. Have you tried youtube. I'm sure anyone buying commie versions of any firearms have had similar issues.

If the sear is not spring loaded upwards, then you don't have the short leg of the sear spring properly seated on TOP of the safety lever pivot pin.
The short leg of the sear spring needs to be on top of that pin as the pin gets installed or the sear won't function correctly.
Your safety lever pivot pin is oriented wrong in your 2nd photo.
The takedown safety bar needs to be behind the sear before you can get the takedown safety bar down into place and the safety lever pivot pin oriented properly.
Push down on the sear while you install the takedown safety bar.

None of his problems have anything to do with the magazine safety.
If you took your FCU apart, you could run into the exact same problems as the OP as all the parts in your FCU are the same as the OP now has in his FCU.
Your FCU is the same as the OP's because he has removed the magazine safety, detent and spring.

Person above is likely correct and that pin is fairly difficult to get installed without the right sized punch or tool. I'll link a video of what you'll have to do below. Look at the time stamp from 16:35-20:00. One thing for you to know is that the shelf Sig Guy refers to is inconsistent between FCU's. The short leg of the sear spring doesn't always stay on the ledge meaning your only other alternative is to push the leg to give your self enough clearance to push the safety lever pivot pin in so the short leg of the sear spring can sit on top of it.

I just took apart mine the same and had to take it to a gun smith to get it back together … many swear words …. Smith said it’s very common … dunno if I trust it fully if I can’t make sense of the magic inside, first time I havent been able to get my gun back together and I don’t like that at all

The 365 FCUs are trickier to work with than the 320s. Watch a good youtube video and do exactly what it says. AR15 barrels knows what hes talking about as well. I took the magdisco out of my 365 FCU without any problems but i followed a youtube video very closely.

It is common.
People often bring me their disassembled guns to put back together after they get in over their heads.
