x2 for CleanAmmoCans, I have around 30 of their ammo cans and they are great. These are what you want for serious long-term storage and preservation of your ammo. The cans are like-new and most importantly the rubber seals are in perfect condition. Throw a couple silica gel packs in there and you’re good to go.

I have some of the MTM ammo cans and they are “okay”. They are fine if they’re gonna be stationary but try picking up one of their 30 or 50 cal sized cans full of ammo and I guarantee the plastic handle will snap off. They’re just not robust enough for lugging around.

Huh. I don't hate those! About how many rounds of, say, 9mm will one hold? Any durability issues with them being loaded down heavy? I"ve been happy with my Savior stuff so far.
ETA: Went and looked again, they have a very chinese-written image showing approximate round counts for the mini and standard sizes. I wish they had a 4 pack with mix and match colors. I think I'll order some and test them out, I really like the idea of these if they're durable enough, thanks!! (Plus they have chocolate chip camo!)

I find them pretty durable, I like the quality of them and they’re affordable. I also wish you could pick 4 different camos/colos. I ended up buying all the different green camo. I think I fit about 400 9mm in the mini and 400 5.56 in the large.

These are great for range use within a larger range bag..

these started to grow on me but I like the hard case for rainy weather. As long as you have a big enough bag it definitely saves some space.

I like the G-Code bang box too but they're kind of spendy, semi hard pouch but idk if those are really rain proof either. I have a couple I use for my defensive ammo.

Not to get too off topic. I find that the metal harbor freight cans are best bang for buck out there. Not sure on full plastic cans, not air sealed enough for me really.

They have held up to at least 2 years of use. and i am not nice to them. i haven't really count the number of rounds but they hold quite a lot. the large ones will hold like more than 150 rounds of 308, 300+ 357s. small ones will hold enough 9mm for a range trip. I usually just toss them into the back of my truck with the steel targets and everything else. best part is the zippers and handles have held up. i can't tell you how many high end bags put cheap zippers on and they break after a few range trips.

Yep. 30 cals are good for day trips, fat 50s are good for weekends and longer, or shop storage. I don't think those 2.50 drills would be good for range trips, but they're fantastic for storage at home.

Very nice, yeah I found them to be pretty convenient. I run .40, .45, .308, 5.56 and 12 gauge so it's nice to just have some light plastic cases to throw the unboxed shells into. Convenient for the range too. I can just throw the whole thing in my trunk and grab the case I need when I need it. Then when I get home they go into the closet stacked nice and stable. I was sooo tired of having boxes of ammo everywhere...

I don’t know if you were asleep for the previous 4 years but inflation has gone through the roof. IMO those are actually a pretty nice value. I have single 30 cal boxes with 7X .45ACP 100 round boxes and 10 X 9mm 100 round boxes. They are very convenient but I will warn you, when they are filled, DO NOT trust the carry handle. Filled they weigh about 35 pounds and the handle will pop off if you are not careful. (Ask me how I know). That said, they are great for storing ammo, though I would not want to carry around a 4 pack of them.

They do get heavy quickly, but if you have a fairly permanent place to stack the 4-packs, I think it would be a great way to store different types of bullets for reloading, too. A couple of sets for bullets, a couple of sets for completed rounds. That settles it . . . I’m ordering some more.

Those are great range cans. I grab them whenever I find myself in the big orange box ( the Home Depot)

Are they good? Why from there instead of tractor supply or harbor freight?

Just curious because i have the metal harbor freight ones. They looked good to me, so hopefully I didnt make a bad purchase.

I can only comment on cleanammocans. I have purchased 12 ammo cans from them. The new ones are exactly that, new. The used ones are serviceable ,, with good gaskets, for a tight seal. At that time I didn't know about TS, or HF cans, so I can't comment on your purchase. Sorry I don't have any first hand experience for a comparison.
