My 5th USPSA Match

I don't compete but I do have keyboard courage right now so here it goes.
WE can ALL benefit from cardio. some of your transitions seemed a tad slow.
His movement speed is fine for where he's at and what he's working on. "Only move as fast as you can shoot accurate."

There's a considerable amount of stuff you can do outside of running fast (which is still not all that efficient) to different parts of the stage to improve overall speed and scoring. There's some older and limited mobility folks who have overall faster times (and better accuracy) just because of their ability to execute stage plans and move/transition efficiently.

You'll even hear them say something like "that felt really slow" yet it seemed like they were moving fast to all the people watching with the score to match.
