TLDR: the trigger does not work as advertised and the Recoil Store refuses to even respond to me, let alone give me a refund.

I recently decided to ignore all the other bad reviews about the Lightning Tap Double Action trigger and snag one for my G19.

All the complaints were about how the kit doesn’t actually include all the parts necessary, how crappy the install instructions were, and how bad the customer service was.

I’m here to tell you all of that is 100% true.

The install instructions are piss poor and they sent me the kit with literally 4 key parts missing. I thought people in the reviews were complaining because they didn’t include a channel liner removal tool but, no, there are parts required for the trigger to function that were not included.

Bottom line is this, STAY AWAY from the “Recoil Store” online. I’ve tried multiple times to get in contact for a refund (email, website contact page, phone calls) and I’m being ignored.
