Hogue FF Kit

I’m in Stockton was wondering if anyones able to point me in the direction of someone whose able to install a hogue freedom fighter kit asked around local shops and ranges and no one seems to do it if anyone could reach out shoot me a text through here 2099542820

Which shops have you called thus far?

Have you tried Norcal Firearm Supply in Manteca? He's former LEO/Armorer and he's a full FFL 07.

I’ll give it a shot i’ve asked around here at KW Defense , Outdoor Sportsmans , and a few people who might have an insight but no avail i’ll call tomorrow and ask them thanks for the recommendation!

It's pretty straight forward to install if you've got a vise and basic power tools. A lot of FFLs might be put off by it because it does call for drilling into the receiver...

It's always easy to remove material, but you can't always put back what you took out!

Yea i’ve gotten that as well no one wants to drill into the lower , i honestly don’t even got a space to do it live in an apartment but if that’s what it comes down to i’ll try it out my self

I did mine without a vise… think of done 3 without a vise. Just send it lol

I do them in the milling machine because it's much more controlled than using hand tools.
I do typical milspec receivers as well as Aero EPC9 lowers.
I am in the Los Angeles area though and I do not accept shipped-in lower receivers so I only do this for walk-in customers.

If you don't have a vice, just get a clamp to make sure the jig is tight to the lower and you should be able to free hand it without issue. Obviously a mill or drill press would be more ideal, but take your time and you should be fine.

Might also look into a table top vice that clamps to your counter or table. Probably wouldn't want to torque a barrel nut on that way but it would cover just about everything else you might need to do in an apartment.
