Gen 3 Glocks Discontinued???

Down range in Chico said folks are coming in buying 5 at a time. If you want one, do not wait. I think once word gets around they will dry up quick. Sac black rifle is buying hi cap guns and blocking mags to stock their shelves. Not every store will do that.

Buying 5 with plans to keep 1 and sell 4 later for double the price.

It'll be funny if they lose their shirts if Glock decides to do a Gen 6 that's CA compliant.
I was just thinking that haha
There may be a narrow window before that though, IF it works out that way...
Doubtful based off Glock's track record with CA thus far though

If Newsom has his way Glocks won't be sold here because a criminal can convert it to full auto, which is already illegal here with severe penalties. Newsom doesn't want anyone owning a gun here. Remember his BS about getting a Glock? Well, he never picked it up or bought it, just more Newsom fairy tales.

Death by a thousand cuts, the Cubafornia way.

Isnt he next up for president after Trump?
Yikes!!!!

They will still be valuable since they will not have LCI or mag disconnect. Pure good old Glock.

...

Assuming Newscum doesn't sign 1127, the above models should, in theory, continue being offered in CA. My primary EDC is a G29SF. I went yesterday and DROS'd another at Turner's to have a backup.

If he doesn't sign 1127 it still passes...he has to actively veto it to stop it. At least that is my understanding... I very well could be wrong or maybe that rule is not for this type of legislation.

Unfortunately you are correct
For all of these bills (Barrel Bill, etc) he can simply not sign them, allowing them to go into effect, but still say he didn't sign them when he tries tovrun for president so he can attempt to appear to be a "moderate" 🤦‍♂️

Also saw today on consignment :

Vintage CZ 83 in .380 around $ 1200
Vintage Beretta Cheetah in .380 $1200 ( 1st the store has gotten in 14 years) they used to be $350.00. Wouldn’t buy but cool to handle. P-01 , stock , un shot $1400!

People are calling the store from other counties because their LGS is sold out of Glocks. They said After Jan 1, 2026 , they won’t be able to order more. After July 1, 2026 transfers and sales will be illegal . Is this true? That truly means no PPT. Again , gun store employee talk.

PPT will still be legal
They'll essentially just be like they fell off the Roster
You can still own and PPT them

Below I've posted the link with the official list from Glock of discontinued models. Gen3 models not on the list, are supposedly going to continue to be made (providing they don't get banned). Going off the list (what's not on it), we would assume the following are going to continue being made.

-Glock 17 (and presumably the 17C)
-Glock 19 (and presumably the 19C)
-Glock 20SF (and presumably the 20C)
-Glock 23
-Glock 26

Newsom doesn’t need to sign the bill for it to go into law; the only way out is a veto.

I believe you are correct. If he doesn't sign and doesn't veto it becomes law. He may do that so that when he runs for president, he can say he never passed such an egregious anti 2A bill. Only
problem for him is that outside of his bubble in CA he won't get peddled soft-ball questions and it will get out that a veto in CA is basically the same as signing a bill into law.
