CCW Fremont CCW Announced

People with CCW card on hand, does it mention that firearms need to be on the roster under the restrictions on the back of the card? Does it say anything?
 
Don't think FPD has issued any CCW permits yet. I was a pretty early applicant and they're still claiming it's "in review".
