I’m a PI not a cop but yeah moto traffic cops are s they don’t care about anything but giving tickets out

Moto cops have to make those quotas. Thats their sole purpose, traffic citations

Its been about 15 years since I've been pulled over. If i ever do, I'd probably forget that I actually have a CCW and throw my piece out the window after hitting a corner

In my county if they run your name your CCW comes up as part of the info. Dont know if that is standard statewide.

They can run CLETS and see it but he asked before he ran me. He just said "security types usually carry" when I asked how he knew, although I don't do security work ever so idk what he meant by that lol

I don't know anymore, I always thought grey man was the sunglasses flannel guy with grey hiking pants and boots, then reddit now says it's whatever fits your location. I had on a black Baja MX road racing t-shirt from a competition I won in Mexico, grey Adidas gym shorts, no glasses, tennis shoes, Garmin watch. lol.

Haha, I have some hard-won knowledge and I'm not a lawyer, but I can share knowledge right? None of it would be legal advice of course.

The origin story that "created the monster" was an obvious speed trap in Milpitas. About five people pulled over, a few cops gathered in the speed trap zone, one cop out of uniform with RADAR or LIDAR, another running into the street to stop people, and an artificially low speed limit citing non-existing construction as a reason for the lowered speed limit below the 85th percentile. I beat the ticket AND they raised the limit back up.

...and that was my first victory.

Maybe your car got Flocked and the motor cop did a search and dug up that you had a CCW.
