Feb 15th - 22lr Match - San Diego

Bringing the 22LR PRS-style matches to the San Diego region. 22LR matches are growing rapidly across the country. Fun on their own, and great practice for PRS Centerfire Matches.
Scoped 22 rifles suggested. We will have loaner rifles for those wanting to try it out — and 22LR ammo available.

interesting. relatively new to long range shooting outside of marine corps qual. Whats necessary for this? would a lever action suffice? do yall shoot at the pala range?

Ive shot out to the 900 at the pala range, havent heard of you guys before but would love to get into some longer range matches and 22 would make it a whole lot easier to pay for

Hey - for the 22 match you'd want a scoped 22, so if your level action has a scope? The targets are pretty small between 50-200 yds.
Yes, we often shoot at the Pala shooting range, but we hold our matches at a private property closer to the 15.

We'll probably also host a long range gas gun match this spring as well.

Looks like it's being held at the fruit stand off Hwy 76. I guess they will set up targets to shoot across the fields?
