Does MGW Make a TS2 Shoe for their Sight Pusher?

Hi All,

Does anyone know if MGW (closed today) makes a CZ TS2 Shoe for their sight pusher(s)? Will any of the other CZ shoes work? MGW doesn't list the TS2 specifically for their shoe compatibility.

I've been Googling and haven't found anything definitive. I'm trying to remove a dovetail optic plate, so it's really wide. If MGW makes a show to fit the TS2 then I know the one-footed pusher should work.

I wrote to MGW but they're closed Fridays.

How many times are you really going to use an MGW sight pusher? You might want to pay a gunsmith to do it for you if you can’t just tap it out with a punch.

How many times are you really going to use an MGW sight pusher? You might want to pay a gunsmith to do it for you if you can’t just tap it out with a punch.

I was thinking that too about any pusher, but the last gunsmith I went to would not touch the CZ TS2! I don't think they'll work on any CZ. I've never had iron sights so I'm keen to just try them before I get an optic cut.

Okay, I think I solved the mystery here.

I field-stripped both the SP-01 and the TS2. The SP-01 slide fits perfectly on the internal rails of the TS2 and vice-versa. Obviously I didn't put the slide all the way on, but this tells me that the MGW shoe for the SP-01 will work for the TS2. That also means it'll work for the CZ A01 (also not listed). I'll confirm later.

Since a certain gun shop wants $60 to remove the optic plate and it may not even be same-day, I'm just going to buy the MGW Sight Pro with the CZ shoe and one-legged block.

The CZ-75 shoe is confirmed to work with the TS2. A01 yet to be tested.

I got the MGW sight pro to install a few irons having never done so before and man, I literally cannot imagine doing it any other way.

Yes it's pricey but if you have friend or know anyone who wants their sights replaced for a small fee over time you'll easily make it back, along with having a quality sight pusher.

If you have only 1-2 pistols and never plan on doing anything past that it didn't make sense.

The MGW unit is amazing but I'm reading that these don't work for EGW optic plates. Looks like I need to use a vise and punches to hammer it off.

Confirmed, the A01 slide fits the CZ 75 shoe for the MGW sight pusher tool. I let MGW Armory know about both of these and they've already added the TS2, so that should naturally include the TS as well.
