Open Cz452 Barrel Change

Any gunsmiths in the Bay Area with experience and the tools for changing out the barrel on a Cz452?

The CZ452 barrel threads into the receiver like a real bolt action rifle.
It takes an action wrench and a barrel wrench to remove.
There are no aftermarket barrels for CZ452's because you have to time the extractor cut.
It takes a machinist to rebarrel that rifle.

If you want to change barrels, you want to sell the 452 and get a 455 which has user-swappable barrels.
The 455 uses setscrews to hold the barrel into the receiver.

Threads are better way to hold a barrel into a reciever, but then the barrels are not easily user swappable.
You need to pick what is more important to you and then choose the model accordingly.

In this case, I have a used barrel with said extractor cuts. So I'm simply looking to replace the barel on a Cz452 I already have with this less used barrel.

The threads are not timed the same from one receiver to another.
What that means is when you try to screw that used barrel into a different receiver, the extractor cut will not align correctly.
If the barrel also has iron sights, those sights are not going to be on top.
The barrel will first have to be machined to get it to time correctly.
After that, the back of the barrel will have to be faced off and a new chamber and extractor cuts made.

It's all possible, but not cheap.
