Century Arms AK polymer furniture

I just might be the only one actively looking for Century Arms polymer furniture for the AK but where the hell can I find it?!? hahaha i have been searching everywhere, Century Arms doesn't even seem to sell it.

But ok backstory, back in 2011 when I was buying my very first AK, I was about to purchase a Century Arms M74 sporter but instead ended up getting something else. These M74s were the cheap AK74s you could get for like $300-400 back then. I super regret not getting one, even though Century Arms had a bad reputation but still, at that price it was a steal!

But flash forward present day, I have been having the itch for an AK74 but since 5.45 is just not ass easy to come by anymore, I decided to go with the 5.56 and want to build as close of a clone as that M74 that I almost got. It has a nostalgic factor to me because it was the very first AK I ever held in my life.

So I just bought a Century Arms BFT 556 which is the CLOSEST thing to that M74....trust me, i've been searching forever for the closest thing. Most of these damn 556 AKs use a 45 degree gas block which just irritate me and looks wrong. I want the 90 degree gas block and the 74 style muzzle brake. I also want it parkerized. The BFT 556 is insanely priced, I think it is way too expensive for a Century Arms firearm but I have no choice, it is the closest thing to that nostalgic firearm for me and that in itself is priceless to me.

So one thing about the BFT 556 that I hate is the red wood furniture, I wish it just came in standard black furniture so now i'm on the hunt for the black handguards and black stock that Century offers for their other rifles to get the look below. Problem is, I can't find any!! Just looking for the handguards and stock, I know the handguards I will have to do some dremel work to fit the BFT 556.

Let me check my parts bin, I swapped mine out for some original soviet wood, I should still have the factory plastics somewhere.

Well finally got my Century Arms BFT556 out of jail today and installed the furniture that ReaperCustoms45 sold me. I am super happy with it! This is so nostalgic to me. I think it is as closest as I can get to the original Century Arms M74 from back in 2011.
