Have any of you guys signed up with saf or fpc and started carrying inside USPS after the court injunction?

Court dockets and links below explain everything

How come they didn’t list who the partners were in the article?

Does this overrule or override sb2 and the portion about carrying on government property?

California has no authority over federal property, so it doesn't apply. When you're in any fed facility you're on federal land and jurisdiction. But they can have agreements with local LE, though this is probably not going to be a thing IRL unless you start waving a gun around in the office.

I was going to sign up, might as well support the cause financially

Yep. Nobody would ever know, unless you cause it to happen
And if you ever had to use a gun to put an end to a mass shooting inside a postal facility, I doubt too many people would be upset that you didn’t disarm yourself in the parking lot before coming in. Most people know that the criminals and predators aren’t disarming themselves.

Yeah with this admin no way would they go after you. The president would be calling you a hero.

No thanks. And don’t expect me to “put an end to a mass shooting inside a postal facility” or anywhere for that matter. I carry to protect me and mine. Everyone else is on their own. If I have to protect myself or mine, the civil ramifications will be huge enough as it is. I’m not risking my financial future helping folks too lazy to do it themselves.

ff bro who needs enemies with friends like this LOL

Just joined SAF, $25 a year and a tax writeoff for my PI firm lol

By the way, we can thank the Trump admin for this. The appeal was filed by Biden's admin, democrats were desperate to block us from being able to carry lawfully.
After the change in administration, Todd Blanche became Acting Attorney General. DOJ then filed an unopposed motion to voluntarily dismiss the appeal instead of asking the Fifth Circuit to reverse the district court.

That’s the spirit! LOL.

It’s okay. Since you won’t be carrying at the post office, I’ll do my best to protect you and yours too if someone decides to go postal while we’re both in line trying to buy stamps.
