Why limit yourself?Yeah I'm torn. I've been looking at the Echelon and the Shield X but there is something to be said for sticking to the same platform. I guess we’ll see if I can be patient and wait.

Wait, why did the original thread get deleted?
I liked mine more than my 10mm TRPAnything but Kimber…
Yeah. I mean ideally I would get both. We'll see what budget and the wife permits. Why limit yourself?
Yes the no freedom mags is definitely a hard thing to except as cool as the Echelon isI’ve been eying the Echelon as well and will probably pick one up at some point, but with as many Glock mags as I’ve acquired over the years, it just wouldn’t make sense to switch over to a new platform. Plus, I just really like my Glocks and I’m looking forward to picking up a couple Gen 6s.![]()
Well yea that's important. I get just sticking to Glock especially if you already have mags. Let's hope scotus sees things our way this year.Yeah. I mean ideally I would get both. We'll see what budget and the wife permits.
Right? I thought 2026 was the year of the Glock.Glock gone? So no more gen 6 coming after all later in the summer?
he may have been referring to 10MM glocksRight? I thought 2026 was the year of the Glock.
You can comfortably CCW a Glock 20? Oh myBig fan of 10mm.
For me, 10MM == hiking tool, along with 44 Mag Revo.
Not practical for a range toy at current adoption and $pr.
My pet peeve is so many 10MM factory is loaded at wimpy charge very close to 40S&W. So only Sig, underwood, buffalo, etc. matter.
If my Glock 20 Gen 3 (on my CCW as of now) needs a replacement, I would look to SW M&P series. The only practical option.
If $pr gets more reasonable for range toy, I would love to get my favorite DA/SA 45ACP in 10mm.
CZ to revive 10mm variant on its 97 (and double stack), tactical (decocker, pic); and
Sig to revamp 220 (pic) its 10mm to meet CA roaster requirements. I would skip Witness series — my current range toy (pic) — not well supported.
That gun is a big boy sheesh. I got one, no way I'm CCWing that. You can comfortably CCW a Glock 20? Oh my
I wanted this until I seen it has issues with the factory mags
I use a JX Tactical fat guy holster on all my guns, I can CC any gun. The holster is designed to sit so low on your belt that 90% of the gun is below your belt line. It makes CC’ng any gun really easy. Down side to that is you have to train how to draw from that position. You can comfortably CCW a Glock 20? Oh my
