Open BCA bolt action upper/ Featurless needed?

I have the lower assembly for my SIG regulator laying around and wanted to put it to use, I purchased an FDE BCA Bolt action 16 inch upper, IModified the bolt so it works with the lower and everything is working well, but I wanted to see if its to add a 90 degree VFG on it, or would it be considered in AOW?

Bolt action rifle, 90° vfg is ok.

Even bolt action/sse pistols.

Rifle wise, on characteristics, besides needing to be at least 30 inches in length; is about semi auto centerfire rifle. Bolt action is not semi auto.

Notwithstanding Section 30510, “assault weapon” also means any of the following:

1. A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that does not have a fixed magazine but has any one of the following:
   1. A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon.
   2. A thumbhole stock.
   3. A folding or telescoping stock.
   4. A grenade launcher or flare launcher.
   5. A flash suppressor.
   6. A forward pistol grip.
