Hi all,

10 day jail started yesterday for my Anderson lower, last piece I need before assembly is the ARMaglock and kingpin (and armorers wrench). Heard gen 2 better than the 4 it seems....open to thoughts on that as well.

Who has the best deals on the maglock and king setup? Online or 925 area. Seem about $100 or so

Thanks in advance! Don't want to drill my first assembly for the house reedom fighter but maybe my 2nd build! 😎

I prefer gen 4. I like the ability to adjust the distance the arm is from the receiver. This is fixed with gen 2. Makes it easier to clear double feeds when splitting the receivers doesn’t work. Also you can adjust the arm out when in a free state rather than have to swap the release for a standard button.

Thanks! Only real trouble I heard with gen 4 is the I believe set screw backing out? I guess that could b solved with blue loctite...

C'mon baby it's an Anderson! Plenty of YouTube videos that make drilling for the Hogue a no-brainer. It really is the best way to go maglocked. Comes with three of them for future builds
