Question Apex barrel

that makes sense. I have a 5" M&P 2.0 HD Competitor, and its perfect. I had heard the same about shorter barrels.

I wish they did this for Sig and in particular the 380. Nothing aftermarket at all for that barrel - I fixed flyer issues by getting a different slide.
I'm a firm believer in if it ain't broke don't fix it! That said the trigger upgrades are definitely worth it

Soooo…. I think I was using the wrong chart lol. I might’ve been using the chart for the metal frame. their website is a little confusing. I switched everything back to factory springs accordingly except Apex’s plunger and spring. Trigger isn’t as light as I’d like it but I’d rather have reliable vs poop soup. Wish me luck.

The spring weights shouldn't make a difference for reliability, it's a much better mechanism than a Glock. There was something binding up, I would guess the safety plunger. But if you took it out and put it back in and it moves freely I would bet it will work now

BROOOO I think I actually figured it out. My manual safety plug I got from eBay is making contact with my trigger bar. Pretty sure that’s why it felt like I was hitting another wall. Gonna shave this down

Ha that's funny, I actually just never even put the plugs in after removing the safety

Oh nice, that comes with the upgraded trigger already right?

Yep, as far as I know, all match variants come with the DPT. The SF that I was able to hold had an Overwatch Precision, which also felt very nice. SFs are hard enough to find, let alone one that is decently priced given its off roster status

Overwatch has been my go to for a lot of guns, I've had issues with apex stuff but overwatch has always dropped in and worked well. And they still ship here

Where did you get lucky enough to find this barrel? I finally got a notification that apex has them but the last time I checked, they weren’t shipping to CA

I occasionally see them listed on GAFS. I’ve been happy with the stock 5” barrel so I haven’t paid them further attention, but they’re out there and available (assuming the sellers are okay with shipping to CA)

I bought it from a user on here. Couldn’t pass it up they barely make an appearance! I’m happy with it. It’s aesthetically pleasing. I haven’t shot it 25yards out yet but I’m curious to see the results
