No, I still see mag extensions, tools, holsters, QD mounts, slings, grips etc. on Amazon. I'm not sure how they determine exactly what is allowed vs isn't?
As to used accessories and parts it would seem overly burdensome and unreasonable to expect secondary sellers to comply with the same requirements as retailers selling new. Why would they explicitly distinguish Firearm Industry Members from everyone else if the law applies across the board to everyone?
While amazon does allow some things, they banned many if not most things related to what they determine to be an assault weapon. Again, some sellers have figured out how to evade detection by listing products in other categories and disguising their true nature, but this is a list of what amazon allows and doesn't allow. If you look at that, you will see ebay is MUCH more permissive than amazon. This list in not all inclusive, and they reserve the right to deem any part as an assault weapon part at any time.
