Open 2011 Build List

I've tinkered with 1911 customization (on a highly amateur basis) and was wondering how one could do their own 2011 build.

I'm guessing one first needs to build a dimensionally compliant single shot pistol and register with California?

I got my Cheely frames SSE'd at 2A zone down in upload, CA (Socal). Each frame came out to be ~$431 ish. Since it was an SSE, they did have to engrave/stamp their store info on the underside though.

I don't think the service is listed on the website, you might have to email or call them about it

I have an L series grip on my prodigy. Definitely wish I went with the E contour. The E contour is closer to atlas/CZ which is what im used to. For what it's worth, sorta have small hands, so the L grip is bit too girthy for me

I have been looking at the E for my MPA DS9. I prefer my CZ grips over the big 2011 grips

We are not in the Bay Area, however, acutely experienced and specialize in these pistols.

I am working on putting together my first 9mm Major Open 2011 build. I did my research but still have some questions.
