1911 Gunsmiths Near San Diego

I currently have a Springfield Loaded 1911 that I'm looking to do a complete rebuild on, but I need a gunsmith for some of the work. Hoping maybe there is a smith local who can do it, but I'm open to shipping if necessary. Here's the minimum work I'm looking to have done to start with:

.Need the frame machined to accept a commander length slide
. Want front strap checkered, preferably 20LPI or lower. I like very aggressive texturing on my guns
. trigger guard undercut

Depending on how crazy the pricing gets, I wouldn't mind having a smith also just fit/blend all the new parts to the gun, however I feel like that'll start getting real high in cost at that point, so I'm planning on doing all that myself. Once everything is fit, I'll want a basic reliability package done, and then the slide/frame done in a mirror polished DLC, all small parts mirror polished stainless. I have most parts so far, just need to find somewhere that'll actually still ship slides here, hopefully Caspian is cool like that...
