Makes senses.
Like I said, the ACOG I tried with the little chevron and hash marks for drop compensation was clutch. I haven’t seen anything else quite like it.
Maybe that makes that specific product a 911?

a lot of people make prism scopes these days that are a lot better than the ACOG, primary arms even has cheap ones that have significantly better eye relief than the ACOG and cost like 200 bucks. Trijicon coasts on their military contracts and will sell those products to the public as long as they will buy them but fail to innovate over time and remain overpriced and out of date

Sounds like a sign they're doing well then. I doubt the legendary company cares with a loud minority thinks, you guys aren't signing the paychecks nor making a superior product. That's like saying you got ripped off buying a Hermes because a Michael Kors will hold your wallet for less money. lol. Yes, it's expensive and they have a brand tax, but they are top tier and you're paying for everything that comes with it.

My two main carry guns have had RMR HDs for over a year. The bigger window, ability to change reticles, and top loading battery changes were the driving factor. Both have been solid and worth it to me. I inspect the lens before heading out for the day. If needed, cleaning the lens front and back takes a minute. Wouldn’t mind trying an RCR one day, but for now the RMR HDs do everything I need.
